A $30 non-refundable reservation fee and $35 Damage Waiver fee along with the appropriate Departure Cleaning
fee will be added. A Visa, MasterCard or Discover is required to be on file. If your stay is 90 days or longer, no
taxes will be charged. For shorter visits, the appropriate taxes will be added. Linens are optional. If you prefer
to bring you own, just let us know.
