Rental tax is 12%.

A $30 non-refundable reservation fee will be added.

A $35 non-refundable damage waiver fee will be added.

Appropriate Departure Cleaning fee will be added.

During June, July August linen service is required. The remainder of the year, linens are optional. They will automatically be added to your reservation, however, you can choose to bring your own and the charge will be removed for those months linen service is not required. Linens include one complete set of all you will need for your particular unit. Everything from bed linens to kitchen towels is included. Sales tax will be added.
